Print Securely Using a PIN in the Office

Issue

You need to print documents securely so you can get the documents from the printer without anyone else seeing them. This prevents sensitive information from sitting in the output tray of the printer waiting to be picked up.

Anyone at HQ who wants to print securely.

Instructions

To print securely using a PIN, use the following instructions:

Click Printer Properties when printing.

Choose Job Storage and Personal Job to set a PIN code.

When you go to the printer, use the printer's touchscreen to enter the PIN code. The job will then print.
